Subrahmanya Shashthi
Sri Subrahmanya Shashthi was celebrated on 11th December 2010. Pavamana Abhisheka and Rudra Abhisheka were performed at the shrine of Sri Balasubrahmanyaswamy at Sringeri.
Kumbhabhishekha at Subrahmanya Swamy temple at Kokradi

Kalabhairavashtami celebrated with devotion at Sringeri
Sri Kalabhairavashtami was celebrated on December 28th 2010 in Sringeri at the temple of Sri Kalabhairava on the hillock in Narasimha Vana. Kumbhabhisheka of Sri Adi Shankaracharya Temple
In accordance with the sankalpa of the Jagadguru Shankaracharya Sri Bharati Tirtha Mahaswamiji, construction of a grand new temple for Jagadguru Sri Adi Shankaracharya began a few years back. Sri Bharati Tirtha Mahaswamiji will install the murti of Jagadguru Sri Adi Shankaracharya and perform Kumbhabhisheka at the newly constructed beautiful temple complex at Sringeri on the 16th of February 2011.
Shashtyabdapurti Celebrations at Sringeri
The Shashtyabdapurti Mahotsava celebrating the 60th Year of of the Jagadguru Shankaracharya, Sri Bharati Tirtha Mahaswamiji will be celebrated in a grand scale at Sringeri.
Keertanakara Mahasammelan at Sringeri
As part of the Celebrations of the 60th year of Jagadguru Shankaracharya Sri Sri Bharati Tirtha Mahaswamiji, a Karnataka State Keertanakaara Mahasammelan was held in Sringeri from November 19th to 21st at Sringeri.
Puttige Math Swamiji at Sringeri
The Swamiji of the Puttige Math at Udupi, Sri Sugunendra Tirtha Swamiji visited Sringeri on 4th December 2010 and had Darshan of Jagadguru Shankaracharya Sri Sri Bharati Tirtha Mahaswamiji at Guru Nivas. Earlier, the Swamiji was received with Poornakumbha honours near the Sharada temple and had Darshan of Goddess Sharada.
Karthika Somavara Puja
Jagadguru Shankaracharya Sri Sri Bharati Tirtha Mahaswamiji performed Kartika Somavara Puja on November 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th with an elaborate worship of Sri Chandramoulishwara Sphatika Linga in the afternoon.
Mahapradosha
The Shakti Ganapati Mahapradosha was celebrated this year on 3rd December 2010 at the shrine of Sri Shakti Ganapati at Goddess Sharada temple, with the Blessings of the Jagadguru Shankaracharya Sri Sri Bharati Tirtha Mahaswamiji.
