Sri Sharadamba Maharathotsava was celebrated on the 1st of February 2010 at Sringeri in the august presence of the Jagadguru Shankaracharya Sri Sri Bharati Tirtha Mahaswamiji.

His Holiness led the procession of Goddess Sri Sharadamba in the Ratha along the main street of Sringeri after being accorded a traditional invitation by the Mahajanas of Sringeri. The previous day, the Jagadguru offered a special Puja to Goddess Sharadmba at the temple.

As part of the Rathotsava Celebrations, a Shatachandi Mahayaga was also performed. The Poornahuti of the Mahayaga took place on the following day, the 2nd February in the Jagadguru’s divine presence. The same evening teppotsava was conducted on the Tunga River as a part of the Rathotsava celebrations which was also graced by His Holiness.

As part of the Rathotsava Celebrations, a Shatachandi Mahayaga was also performed. The Poornahuti of the Mahayaga took place on 2nd February 2010 in the Jagadguru’s divine presence. Teppotsava took place on the evening of 3rd February.
